Investment Analyst - Internship

Our internship programme
We are looking for Investment Analysts to join our team in Stockholm or London on a full-time basis (4-6 months) during Autumn 2026 or Spring 2027. As an Investment Analyst, you will be an essential part of our deal team and get to experience the varied day-to-day responsibilities of an investment professional, including:
Evaluating and analysing new investment opportunities
Participating in meetings with portfolio companies, advisers and entrepreneurs
Working alongside and supporting deal team on transaction execution
Financial modelling, commercial analysis and market research
As Fidelio puts great emphasis on active ownership, a part of your work will be in close cooperation with the management teams of our portfolio companies. We offer competitive compensation, and for high-performing candidates, full-time opportunities may be available.
Qualifications
MSc degree (or equivalent), completed or expected to be completed within the next 12 months, from a recognised university or business school
Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel
Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or other relevant investment organisations is a plus
Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish
We believe the ideal candidate has recently graduated or is scheduled to graduate within 12 months, has a genuine interest in business and investments, is energetic, motivated and thrive as part of a team. As you will be trusted with a lot of responsibility, we also expect you to enjoy taking your own initiative and working independently.
